How do we create a cohesive user experience for a multi-product platform?
The Process
We served as the North Star to align the Product, Development, and Design teams.
Using competitive analysis, an experience-based roadmap, and a conceptual model, we identified how to provide users with context, agency, and visibility to multiple products at once – without having to hopscotch amongst tabs.
